A 17-floor building of exceptional refinement is being completed at the junction of Avenue Princess Alice and Avenue La Costa. The Project is marketed as 26 Carré Or.

Construction will begin in the second quarter of 2017, with project delivery scheduled in 2022.

Villa Palazzino, Monte Carlo, Monaco

The Villa Palazzino project is situated between rue Bellevue and rue Bel Respiro and will comprise 19 high-end apartments, including four townhouses, three studio apartments, ten three-room apartments, one four-room duplex and one five-room triplex, with 42 parking spaces and 11 cellars.

The project will be built over seven floors, a ground floor, two accessible roof terraces, a mezzanine floor, set aside for accommodation and technical facilities, and two underground levels for the parking spaces and cellars.

A 32-month construction time frame is estimated. With construction due to start September 2018, the building is scheduled to be delivered in the second quarter of 2021.

In order to expand its territory, the Principality of Monaco has launched a project of urbanization on the sea with the construction of an environmental island: Anse du Portier or Portier Cove.

Portier Cove will become a new residential area, a part of the traditional Monte Carlo. It will become the eleventh modern neighbourhood, bearing the name Le Portier.

The new development will be located between Port Hercules and the Grimaldi Forum, covering an area of 6 hectares. It will border the neighbourhoods of Monte Carlo and Larvotto. 

Construction began in September 2017 with a €2 billion ($2.3 billion) project to extend the natural contour of Monaco's coastline. Once complete in 2025, the new area will house up to 1,000 residents in luxury apartments and villas. This new area of Monegasque territory will host a luxury eco-district comprising 150 upscale apartments, underground parking, a coastal promenade, a green park, public facilities, an extension of the Grimaldi Forum and an animation port.
